Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Pixar Quest, we aim to deliver reliable and high-quality digital gaming services. However, refund requests will only be reviewed under the specific conditions stated below.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The service was not completed within the stated timeframe
  • The service has not begun within 48 hours after full payment and no valid reason was provided
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake

3. Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services that have been partially or fully completed
  • Account bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from the use of our services
  • A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Send an email to support@pixarquest.com within 7 days from the date of your order
  • Include your Order ID and a short explanation of the reason for your request

5. Processing Time

  • After your refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method
