1. Overview
At Pixar Quest, service delivery will begin only after full payment is received and all required details have been provided, including game login information, preferences, or scheduling confirmation.
2. Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe
- Boosting Services: Generally completed within 1–3 business days
- Coaching Sessions: Arranged within 24–48 hours
- Coaching Session Utilization: Once the coaching/boosting session is scheduled, if the session is not utilized, the session will be considered forfeited. Coaching is a one-off service
3. Notes
- Delivery timeframes may vary due to in-game conditions, order volume, or specific requests
- All services are provided digitally; no physical items will be shipped
- Customers will be informed of any scheduling updates or expected delays
4. Delivery Method
Services are delivered through:
- Email confirmation
- In-game execution carried out by our team
- Temporary account access (with your consent)
- Scheduled voice or video sessions (for coaching)
5. Order Updates
You will receive updates through:
- Email notifications
- User dashboard (if applicable)
6. Delivery Delays
Pixar Quest is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Incomplete or incorrect account information
- Game server maintenance or downtime
- Unforeseen events (e.g., internet issues, natural disasters, force majeure)
We will notify you promptly of any delays.
7. Service Completion
Once the service is completed, you will receive confirmation via email or through your account dashboard.
